Registration instructions

For each accepted paper, one paper registration must be done by one of the authors before Sep. 30, 2020, so that the paper will be included in the conference, published in the conference proceedings, and presented during the conference.

Note: If a registered author has more than one accepted paper for publication, such an author must pay additional paper registration fees according to the number of extra papers to be published.

This type of registration is set up for any of the following two cases:

(a) When you have no accepted paper, but want to attend the conferences.

(b) You have an accepted paper, and co-authors can make a participation registration to attend the conference. Here is the participation registration rate:

All payment must be in US dollar for international participants (by bank transfer) and RMB for domestic participants (by bank transfer). Payments can be made by the following methods:
